Providing False Information: At no time will you provide false information to JensClicks.com. Anyone caught providing false information in any form will be subject to account suspension or deletion with all earnings and downlines forfeited.

Suspensions and Terminations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. You or JensClicks.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

Payments: All payments are made via the online merchant account that you selected upon signup. You can request a payment once your account has reached the minimum balance posted on the redemption page in your members area. Your earnings will be verified and payment will be processed and issued within 24-hours of request excluding weekends. In the event that the payment processor you have selected is unavailable for any reason or if our funds in that payment processor account are too low to complete payment; we reserve the right to either request you choose another payment processor or withhold payment until funds are available in such account.

Merchant Account Compliance: JensClicks.com strives hard to maintain a positive relationship with all of our members, advertisers and Merchants. To keep in compliance with one or more of our Merchant accounts JensClicks.com will never award monetary rewards for any person to your downline unless You DIRECTLY refer them. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Government Obligations: By joining JensClicks.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for filing any taxes that is required by your government.

Employment Status: You are not an employee or independent contactor of JensClicks.com.

Refund Policy: Any fees paid for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are strictly non-refundable and not guaranteed. JensClicks.com will work to resolve any issues you may have to the best of our ability. 

Age and Void Where Prohibited: You must be 13 years of age or older or at least the minimum age to participate if an age restriction is set by the government in which you reside to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by the governing laws in which you hold legal residence.

Liability: JensClicks.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by any reason. JensClicks.com reserves the right to add, change, alter, modify, remove, suspend, or stop either temporally or permanently any and or all aspects of JensClicks.com any time and without notice. Jen's Clicks.com, its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.

Paid-To-Promote Terms: You agree to not generate or have generated for you any fake traffic of any kind. If your JensClicks.com link loads in a frame it must not be less than 60% of the viewers total browser space before scrolling. Any traffic deemed by JensClicks.com to be abuse of the PTP system may result in account termination and/or loss of some or all earnings. 

Paid to Sign Up Terms: You agree not to participate in any Paid to signup offer that you do not intent to be active in. Members submitting fake or false info on Paid to Sign Up offers will result in the offer being denied and possible account suspension or termination. Advertisers found falsely denying valid member signups will result in forfeiture of advertising credits and possible account suspension. 

Advertising Terms: JensClicks.com will not accept or approve advertising that contains or promotes any form of pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. JensClicks.com will not accept any advertisements from sites that break frames. JensClicks.com will only accept advertisements in English. JensClicks.com  will  do its best not to accept advertisements from websites that contain or promote viruses, download dialogs, or confirmation alerts, or that have a popup/pop under window.

Security: JensClicks.com will make every effort within its means to assure a safe and friendly environment. It is your sole responsibility to keep secure your login and other account information. If you ever feel that information may be compromised immediately log into your account and change your password.

Email:  You agree to receive e-mail advertising from the JensClicks.com website and further agree to maintain a valid email address on file. An invalid email address is one that returns (bounces) emails back to our server for any reason, has an auto-responder activated on it, and/or any other issue that prevents emails from reaching your email account. In the event that your email account on file it is your responsibility to either change the email address on file or close your account. Members that have invalid email accounts will automatically be terminated.

Relationship of Parties: You and JensClicks.com are independent of one another, and nothing in this Agreement creates any type of employment, partnership, and/or any other type of structure that could be construed to imply otherwise.
